What is the difference between Brands and Generics? Why do people prefer Generics?
Generics are usually priced up to 80 percent less than equivalent brand-name versions. Why? Because brand-name drugs invest large amounts of money to advertise and persuade you to buy their product, Because generic manufacturers spend less on advertising and product development and because generic versions of the same medication create competition and competition can drive prices down (Source: US Food and Drug Administration).

Do your generics look exactly the same as brands?
Since there is no single standard on how generics should look like, every manufacturer can have different appearance of the same pills. Our generics are manufactured abroad, so they might look different than the ones manufactured in the US. However appearance is not important. What really matters is that our generics have exactly the same chemical composition and ingredients as the brands and as US generics.
We only cooperate with big reputable manufacturers, who are approved and licensed by their national FDA. So we do guarantee that what you receive is the correct product, and it will work the same as the brand.

How can I make an order? Can I do it by phone?
Generally speaking we do not advise customers to place orders over the phone. However, we do understand that there are cirumstances when phone orders are the only way especially when customers may not have internet, or they are having difficulties placing the order online. We will try our best to accomodate our customer's request as good as we can.

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this moment we accept the following payment methods

   We don't accept other forms of payments, such as Paypal or Western Union.

How do I make a payment via bank transfer?
Bank payment is done through a bank/wire transfer. If you choose Payment via bank transfer, the system will give you the details of our bank account on the last page of the order form. You need to write down those details. Afterwards, you need to send the payment for the order to our account. You can do this through your online banking system, or with the help of an operator of your bank. So the bank payment is not done on our website.

How much do you charge for a doctor's consultation to write a prescription?
There is no doctor s consultation charge! Our doctor reviews orders for free.

Can I order more than 1 medication at once?
Unlike all other pharmacy websites we have allowed all our customers to buy all their prescription drugs under one purchase. You can add as many items in to the shopping cart and checkout to complete the order.

When do I get my order?
When the payment is confirmed by the bank, your order status transforms to "Pending". Once the doctor approves your prescription, your order becomes Approved . All the orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. You should allow 6 - 10 days excl. weekends and holidays for a Fast shipping (express mail) and 11 - 19 days excl. weekends and holidays for a Standard shipping (regular mail). We do not have next day delivery.

How can I track the number of my order?
All orders sent via Express Mail Service (EMS) have tracking numbers and you may trace your shipment online using Track and Trace. Also regular shipments may sometimes offer a registered shipment number that will confirm that the order was shipped and when it has arrived. Please ask our friendly support for more information.

How will the package arrive? Will people be able to tell its contents?
All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy. And we do not mention any costs on the package as well.

How do I get a discount?
Discounts and bonuses when be provided when paying with eCheck, Online Banking or Cash Payment and you will receive automatically a 10% bonus pills (does not apply to bottle units, powder or liquids). As a returning customer you will benefit from either a 5% discount or 10% more bonus pills which will be doubled when paying with any of the above mentioned payment methods.

What should I do if I don't receive my order on time?
This kind of problem is relevant only if the package stocks at the custom house of your country. In this extra situation it is advised to contact Budget Generics support without delay by our hot-line 1 800 900 8078 (9 am - 5 pm ET) or via message to Budget Generics support service. We always care about our consumer's privacy and would reship the order immediately within 2 business days with no additional payment.

I've made an order, but didn't get any confirmation, why is that?
We always confirm our customers about their order status changes via email, but some emails could be failed because of the customer s anti-spam security. In such cases, you need to pass the authorization process via our website and see the status of your order in your private zone. If there is still a problem with confirmation, Budget Generics support is open for any of your questions.

I have placed the order but the processor declined my payment, my credit card works perfect, what is the matter?
All the money transactions are made directly through your bank system. If your credit card is not accepted you have to call your bank and ask the reason for this decline.

I have made an order but changed my mind; can I get my money back?
Yes. You have to contact Budget Generics support to refund your payment. If a refund is requested while the order is in fulfillment, we will be able to provide a refund, but please note that, depending on the payment method, the acquiring bank may deduct a fee of $25.00 for the refund being issued.


Can you ship to my country?
There are many countries we ship to, so we don't include the list here. Please try to make an order and the system will show you if we ship to your country or not.

Will you accept my insurance?
We are unable to process a claim directly with your insurance company.
