The dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and response to treatment including other medications you may be taking. Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products).
The dose is usually taken 15 to 20 minutes before sexual activity.
Do not take Sildenafil Professional more than once per day, or more than 100mg dose.
Allow 24 hours to pass between doses.
Missed Dose of Sildenafil Professional

How does Sildenafil Professional?
Sildenafil Professional works by increasing blood flow to the penis which helps men get and sustain an erection long enough for sex generally about 4 hours.
Sildenafil Professional is known medically as a PDE5 inhibitor. Sildenafil Professional inhibits (blocks) an enzyme which regulates blood flow in the penis. PDE5 inhibitors multiply the natural process of arousal and increase blood flow to the penis in situations of sexual stimulation. Sildenafil Professional helps to achieve an erection but relies on natural arousal as a trigger. Precautions before taking Sildenafil Professional
Do not take Sildenafil Professional; if you are using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems such as nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid and others), isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate) and isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket). Taking Sildenafil Professional with a nitrate medicine can cause a serious decrease in blood pressure, leading to fainting, stroke or heart attack.
A small number of patients have had a sudden loss of eyesight after taking Sildenafil Professional. This type of vision loss is caused by decreased blood flow to the optic nerve of the eye. It is not clear whether Sildenafil Professional is the actual cause of such vision loss. Sudden vision loss with Sildenafil Professional use has occurred most often in people with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or certain pre-existing eye problems, and in those who smoke or are over 50 years old.
Before taking Sildenafil Professional, tell your doctor if you have:
heart disease or heart rhythm problems
a recent history (in the past 6 months) of a heart attack, stroke or heart rhythm disorder
congestive heart failure
high or low blood pressure
coronary artery disease
liver disease
kidney disease
a blood cell disorder such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia
a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia
a stomach ulcer
retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye)
a physical deformity of the penis (such as Peyronie's disease)or
if you have been told you should not have sexual intercourse for health reasons.
If you have any of these conditions, you may not be able to use Sildenafil Professional or you may need a dosage adjustment or special tests during treatment.
FDA pregnancy category B: This medication is not expected to be harmful to an unborn baby. Do not use Sildenafil Professional without telling your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during treatment.
Do not use this medication without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby. It is not known if Sildenafil Professional passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby.

Side Effects of Sildenafil Professional
Sildenafil Professional is a well tolerated and free from significant side effects in the vast majority of men who are prescribed it. Sildenafil Professional increases the blood flow which can have adverse affects on other organs or parts of the body, although these affects are usually mild. If you have the following conditions, you should not take Sildenafil Professional without talking to your doctor:
Taking medicines called nitrates like amyl nitrite, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin
Taking or intend to take methscopolamine nitrate
Taking riociguat (to treat high blood pressure in the lungs)
Taking Cisapride (gastroprokinetic agent)
Low or high blood pressure such as nitroprusside
Allergies or reactions to past ED treatments
Recent heart attack (within 6 weeks) or suffer from angina (heart pain on exertion) or any form of heart disease
History of strokes or mini-strokes (transient ischaemic attack)
History of vision problems caused by circulation problems

Peyronie's disease; angulation or deformity of the penis
Alpha blockers, such as alfuzosin, doxazosin, prazosin, tamsulosin, and terazosin

Storage of Sildenafil Professional
