- Signs of infection
- Signs of blood clot in blood vessels (like vision changes suddenly, chest pain, swelling in one leg muscle)
- Bleeding – from the nose, cuts that don't stop bleeding, coughing blood
- Irregular heartbeat

Doxorubicin 10 mg should be kept in a refrigerator.
Interactions
Disclose all the prescription medicines, over the counter medicine, herbal supplements, Vitamins and any other medicine that you are taking to your doctor prior to your treatment as Doxorubicin 10 mg interacts with many medications.
If you have blood in the urine, black tarry stools or gets easily bruised inform your doctor immediately as this may be due to low platelet count in the blood as Doxorubicin 10 mg reduces the platelets
