How to use Nublast 250 MG?
Your doctor will prescribe the dosage and the duration of Nublast 250 MG capsule, take it as per the instructions.
Take Nublast 250 MG capsule on an empty stomach, an hour before your meal with a full glass of water. Do not crush, break or chew the capsule.
Take Nublast 250 MG at the same time every day.
If you missed a dose take Nublast 250 MG as soon as you remember. If it is too close to your next dose then skip the missed dose and take the regular dose. Do not take double doses to make up for the missed dose.
In the event Nublast 250 MG capsules are opened or damaged, avoid inhaling it or contact with the skin or mucous membranes.
Side Effects
As with all medications some people experience certain side effects. Inform your doctor immediately if you have any of the effects below
- anxiety
- confusion
- drowsiness
- runny nose
- mental depression
- weakness
If you have any of the below mentioned side effects seek medical advice immediately.
- hair loss
- nausea and vomiting
- dizziness
- insomnia
- diarrhea / constipation
- loss of appetite
- headache
- viral infection
- convulsion
- memory loss
- hemiparesis
Interactions
Nublast 250 MG capsules should be taken an hour before meals.
While you are on Nublast 250 MG capsule, do not take any immunizations or vaccinations at all without the approval of your doctor as it may interact with your vaccine. Avoid contact anyone who has received them.
There are no evidence of alcohol interaction, it's best to consult your doctor for advice.
Nublast 250 MG capsule should not be used on pregnant women as it may cause fetal damage. Discuss with your doctor the risks and benefits involved prior to starting your treatment.
Nublast 250 MG capsule is not recommended for nursing mothers as it may be passed on to the baby. Discuss with your doctor to make a decision either to continue the medication or to continue feeding.
Nublast 250 MG capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired or reduced alertness. If that happens don't drive or operate machinery.
Exercise caution when prescribing Nublast 250 MG capsule to patients with liver / kidney disease. A dose adjustment may be required.
Precautions
You may be given medicine to prevent vomiting, nausea and other side effects while you take Nublast 250 MG capsules.
Inform your doctor your complete medical history, if you have had heart conditions (heart failure, irregular heart beat), kidney problems, liver problems or if you are getting any radiation therapy.
Inform your doctor all the medications that you are taking (prescription and over the counter), herbal preparations, supplements and vitamins
Avoid people with infections or sick. If you develop any symptoms of an infection contact your doctor immediately.
You will be tested often to monitor your blood cells during Nublast 250 MG treatment.
To reduce the risk of bleeding gums use soft bristle toothbrush. Avoid any activity that cause injuries or bleeding. Take extra care while shaving to prevent bleeding.
Counselling sessions are needed for women who are planning to get pregnant about the toxic effect of Nublast 250 MG on babies. Two effective methods of contraception methods should be used while on this therapy and six months after that. Men too should not father a child while on Nublast 250 MG capsule and six months after the treatment. Men should seek advice on cryoconservation of sperm prior to treatment as Nublast 250 MG treatment can cause infertility.
